All t-shirt sales are final; returns or exchanges are not accepted, regardless of wear or wash. This policy applies to both in-person and online purchases.
Several factors contribute to our No Return Policy on t-shirts:

Hygiene: Returns on worn t-shirts cannot be accepted due to direct skin contact.

Customization: Custom-printed t-shirts cannot be resold, so returns are not allowed.

Inventory Management: Return processing for t-shirts is complex and costly, impacting competitive pricing.
The only exceptions to this No Return Policy are:

Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days if you receive a t-shirt with a defect (e.g., holes, misprints). Provide photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong t-shirt (e.g., wrong size or design), contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
To request an exception for a defective or incorrectly shipped item, follow these steps:
